So guys let's have a thread to serve as a central hub for our schemes. Planning what to do and who to kill. I nominate this one.
First order of business, introductions. I am Princess Zelda, I'm trying to take back my kingdom and you guys are helping me do it. Or so I assume. I'm the godfather (well godmother technically) I scan as innocent. Well actually I "appear to be innocent of any crimes should you be investigated at anytime" so if we're lucky that might actually mean immunity to watcher and tracker type roles if there are any. It's probably just the standard scanning as innocent though.
Oh and also no fighting.

Before we do anything I want to point out that from the outset we should have two goals: avoid all bandwagon voting on the same person for the first few days and let Fobbs live for a while-he's such a wildcard that he could keep the whole town distracted on his own.
EDIT: Also, any ideas for first kill? There's no easy way to make suggestions right now, but I know you shouldn't lynch Ansem, he could always be (vaguely) connected to you through his post in the signup thread (calling that you're mafia).
Id suggest Raya or TheTJ, as they're both pretty devious players, and in the off-chance that they are traitors, they would be valuable assets.
Another option is td260, as his focusing on the doctor so early in the thread does bring up the possibility that he possesses this role himself and is insecure. It's pretty vague but better than anything else this early in the game.
Also, have you heard from Hans?

Avoid bandwagons but not too much. The best thing to do when you're mafia is act natural. We need to act as if we're three separate entities not a unified team. Think like you're innocent, if there's a bandwagon going on with fairly solid reasoning that you think you'd probably buy then hop on board. Don't let yourself be influenced by the actions of your teammates, treat them like you would anyone else, unconfirmed potential friends or enemies. We should try to avoid bandwagons and spread our votes, but not too much so we're all voting on a different random person each day.
Fobby, yeah he's a wildcard. Mafia 1, no one understood what the fuck he was doing. Game 2 he was actually a big help to the mafia but in the last game he did a decent job as an innocent. He's not that bad a player he could potentially be a threat. Let's leave him for now and see what he does.
Now who to kill? I really don't know, we have to be careful about killing the "strong" players, since I'd probably be considered on that list. If we slaughter them all in quick succession and leave me it could raise some eyebrows. But at the same time their death helps us and having them join our side could help even more. OF course this being mafia we should try to leave the lurky sheepy players alive, it's sad but that's how the game works. Personally I'd say we should go for some more middle of the road players, but we've got the whole day to decide we should wait and see first.
Hans? Haven't heard a thing, hopefully he'll show up soon.

I agree about the bandwagoning thing.
Also, it's true we don't want to start a trend, but when nothing has happened yet and the first person to die is up in the air, we might as well choose someone who is a threat. Let's think one night at a time for now, and wait for more information to root itself up. And also like you said, we've got time to decide on a target. With luck, we can get a better idea of who might be our allies within the next day, and target one to add to our ranks.
Also, as I'm sure you realised, based on smash's first post you can conclude that there is both a cult and a likely Serial Killer. The SK is a wildcard in itself, with only 3 mafioso so far we need to recruit and stay under the radar as much as possible.

I am trying to get a hold of Hans. Since he's on Steam, it might help you out if Weldar adds him on there if you haven't already just for the instant communication. He's also the only one to not receive his PM as it's still in my outbox.

Well, his last visit to the brawl forums was yesterday.

He hasn't been on steam since yesterday either. Still I'm pretty sure he's in my timezone and right now it's the middle of the day Friday so he's probably at school. Hopefully he'll show up by this afternoon or on the weekend. It should be fine.

It's 1PM over there, right? Probably still at school. Typically he gets on in a couple hours.

Yup it's currently 1:20 all along the east coast of Australia. Excepot in the lands of the Krazy Kweenslands like Kamilla (oh god why did I just do that ) who don't use daylight savings for whatever reason but that's irrelevant. So yeah he should show up in a couple of hours.

Greetings fellow scum.
I'm the assasin, and I'm strongly contemplating just killing Fobby straight off the bat to piss him off.

So I'm assuming that means our normal nightly kills are just tied to the one player. Does it pass on after death, if not that seriously sucks.
Just out of curiosity what TWBB characters are you guys.

I get to kill one person in the day phase, but everyone will know I did it.
Also, I'm Ness.

I'll give you three guesses, and the first two don't count . And don't kill Fobbs, Hans, at least not yet. He's useful to sow confusion amongst the innocent... On top of that, this is very unlike him. He's a troll but his gameplay, if sporadic, is intelligent. If he's a Jester we'd be giving him an easy win.

Ah I see, that's pretty nice. We should save that one for a time later on when we really need it, or when you're about to be lynched.
Edit: Fools, or Jesters if you prefer, usually only win by being lynched so us killing him would actually make sure he loses. I still doubt he is one.
Any powers Ganon?
I'm betting Lucas is (one of) the missing member then.

Sorry, I forgot to mention this earlier. As the Shadow Don, I've got stealth lynch. When I'm lynched my alignment will be hidden. It's nothing we can use directly, but it helps as a last-chance contingency in case I'm killed so you and Hans won't be as easily tracked (since the townies wouldn't know what side I was on in the first place).
